FINANCIAL GUIDANCE

Financial Guidance

How our planning-first process helps individuals, families, and business owners make better financial decisions.

What happens during the first conversation?

We begin with your priorities, concerns, responsibilities, and goals. The purpose is to understand where you are, clarify what matters most, and determine the most useful next step. It is a conversation—not a product presentation.

Is Legacy Grove Group an insurance agency?

Legacy Grove Group is a planning-first financial services platform. We coordinate education, guidance, and access to appropriately licensed professionals across life protection, wealth planning, retirement readiness, and legacy or estate coordination. Products and regulated services are provided through the applicable licensed professionals and partner firms.

Do you charge for an initial conversation?

There is no charge or obligation for the initial conversation. If a recommended service, product, or professional engagement involves a cost, that information will be explained before you decide whether to proceed.

What types of needs can you help address?

Common priorities include protecting income and family obligations, preparing for retirement, accumulating and preserving wealth, coordinating beneficiary and estate intentions, and planning for business continuity or succession.

How are recommendations developed?

Recommendations begin with your stated needs, financial circumstances, time horizon, risk considerations, and existing resources. Education comes before decisions, and any product recommendation is subject to suitability, eligibility, licensing, and provider requirements.

PROFESSIONAL PATHWAY

Professional Pathway

What aspiring and licensed professionals should know about development, structure, and opportunity.

Do I need financial-services experience?

No. Experience can be valuable, but disciplined learning, coachability, professional standards, and a genuine commitment to serving people matter more. The pathway is structured to develop knowledge, skill, confidence, and consistent execution.

Must I already be licensed?

No. Legacy Grove supports qualified individuals through licensing guidance and preparation. Licensed professionals may enter through a more advanced onboarding path based on their credentials, background, and readiness.

Is this employment or an independent opportunity?

The professional pathway is an independent, performance-based business opportunity—not a salaried employee position. Licensing, appointment, contracting, compensation, and business-expense requirements apply.

Am I required to recruit?

No. Professionals may build a personal production practice through the Producer path. Those who want to recruit, develop, and lead other professionals may pursue the Builder path. Leadership is an option and a responsibility—not a hidden requirement.

What development is provided?

The platform combines structured learning, mentorship, field application, carrier and product education, professional branding, relationship-development systems, technology, and leadership development through Legacy Grove and its partner infrastructure.

How do the Producer and Builder paths differ?

The Producer path centers on developing a strong personal practice and serving clients consistently. The Builder path adds recruiting, mentorship, team development, and organizational leadership. Both paths share the same client-first and professional-development standards.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Referral Program

How thoughtful introductions are handled, protected, and supported through Tic Tac Grow™.

Who can participate?

Clients, community members, professionals, and business partners may make thoughtful introductions when someone may benefit from a conversation with Legacy Grove. Participation and any recognition are governed by the published Referral Program Rules.

What types of introductions are appropriate?

Appropriate introductions involve people who have expressed a need, concern, or interest related to financial protection, retirement preparation, wealth planning, estate coordination, business planning, or professional development.

How are referrals handled and protected?

Introductions are handled respectfully and with appropriate privacy safeguards. Legacy Grove does not treat a referral as permission to pressure someone. The referred person controls whether and how the conversation continues.

What is Tic Tac Grow™?

Tic Tac Grow™ is Legacy Grove's relationship-centered referral experience. It turns meaningful introductions into a visible progress journey while keeping the focus on helping people—not collecting names.

How does Legacy Grove follow up?

The initial information enters the Legacy Grove CRM, which manages routing, consent, follow-up, and any appropriate questionnaire. Follow-up is aligned with the person's stated interest and communication preferences.

LEGACY GROVE NETWORK

Legacy Grove Network

How business owners and professionals build relationship capital through a trusted community.

Who should join the Network?

The Network is designed for business owners, professionals, advisors, service providers, and relationship-minded leaders who want to learn, contribute, and build trusted connections over time.

Is the Network only for financial professionals?

No. Financial professionals are part of the community, but the Network is intentionally broader. Its value comes from cross-industry relationships, shared expertise, and relevant introductions.

How are member relationships developed?

Members build relationship capital through consistent participation, education, smaller community groups, national network groups, intentional one-to-one conversations, and a give-before-you-get approach.

What role does Skyler Network play?

Skyler Network provides the digital community environment supporting Legacy Grove Network engagement, group participation, introductions, and ongoing relationship development.

How is this different from an ordinary networking group?

The objective is not rapid contact collection or transactional lead swapping. Legacy Grove emphasizes credibility, contribution, trust, and long-term relationship capital—the foundation from which stronger opportunities naturally grow.
