Eligibility and Participation
No purchase is necessary. Participants must meet the age, residency, relationship, and other requirements stated at launch. Employees, licensed professionals, clients, or network partners may be subject to different or additional restrictions. Void where prohibited.
Three Ways to Win
- Complete any three validated new referrals across, down, or diagonally
- Fill all nine board spaces with validated new referrals
- Receive a validated win each time an eligible referred person becomes a client
Referral Validation
A referral must be new, accurate, voluntarily provided, non-duplicative, and made with a reasonable basis to believe the referred person welcomes contact. Self-referrals, fabricated data, manipulation, spam, or referrals already active in Legacy Grove systems may be rejected.
Prize and Limits
Each validated win earns an Amazon Gift Card, subject to launch terms. Gift-card value, maximum wins, program period, tax responsibility, delivery method, and expiration details must be published before launch. Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this program.
Insurance and Regulatory Restrictions
Rewards will not be paid where prohibited or where they would violate insurance anti-rebating, inducement, licensing, referral-fee, sweepstakes, privacy, or other applicable requirements. Rules and availability may vary by jurisdiction and participant status.
Administration
Legacy Grove may verify eligibility, disqualify misconduct, correct errors, suspend or modify the program when reasonably necessary, and make good-faith administrative decisions subject to applicable law. Sponsor legal name, address, final dates, and prize values remain launch prerequisites.
